Upon arriving at Milmari - Wellness & Spa, I was delighted to find my room in the new part of the hotel, boasting modern amenities and a breathtaking view. the breakfast spread was satisfactory, offering a decent variety; however, the coffee left much to be desired. But what truly stood out was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant. As a journalist with a taste for cultural complexity, I was pleasantly surprised by the innovative dishes that skillfully blended traditional flavors with a modern twist. the freshly baked buns with cheese were a highlight, evoking a sense of nostalgia for me as a Croat, resonating with the rich culinary heritage of the Western Balkans. the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making each dining experience a delightful journey through the region's gastronomic wonders.
